Teresa Galley speaks at NLA National conference |
 Teresa Galley, Managing Director of Galley Properties, was asked to present two seminars to experienced landlords for the National Landlord Associations national conference.
The talks, Avoid the void, were devised to help landlords avoid gaps between tenancies. Empty properties are one of the biggest problems for landlords since it costs them money. Teresa gave tips and advice on minimizing gaps and maximizing revenues. 
The audience was mostly compiled of landlords with at least 5 years of experience in the industry and the positive feedback was overwhelming.
One attendee has said, “It’s amazing how much you can learn from someone else in the business even when you think you know it inside out. Just to hear her speak it’s easy to see why she’s considered an authority.”
Since becoming a regional representative for the national landlords association Teresa’s reputation has continued to rise and she has a rapidly growing number of landlords joining her management service as well as numerous requests to speak across the country.
